Reliance Care is an app that allows you to stay connected to your healthcare provider through the convenience of your smartphone. It's a secure, easy-to-use, and patient-friendly app that makes it easy for you to keep your medical information at your fingertips. It can also be used as a virtual health card, which makes it easy for you to access medical care and other services in the community.
How does it work?
When you first open the app, you will be presented with a welcome screen, which will allow you to login with your existing credentials or create a new one.
After you have logged in, you will be presented with a home screen, which will allow you to select the service or facility you wish to access.
You will then be given the option to select the type of service you want to access, which will allow you to choose from a list of medical services.
